ABSTRACT
Objective Based on the analysis of the relevant research data of a general hospital,Through the questionnaire survey to understand the application effect and the problems of hospital scientific research incentive system,the research aimed to provide reference for the management strategy of the scientific research department of the hospital,and lay the foundation of overall scientific research improvement.Methods Using hospital research management information system software to collect relevant research data.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 150 researchers in a general hospital,and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software.Results After implementation of the scientific research incentive system in the hospital during 2012-2016,the trend of overall research situation of the hospital was not obvious,while the number of SCI papers increased significantly.Questionnaire survey:the scientific research level and cognitive status of scientific research personnel are better.The overall level of satisfaction degree of hospital scientific research incentive system is better.The application of the system shows that the implementation of the scientific research incentive system has a great impact on the material needs,the sense of belonging and self-realization.The majority of respondents believe that the implementation of the system will improve the enthusiasm of scientific research work,which can help improve the level of scientific research.Conclusions In a short period of time,the incentive system of hospital scientific research has not been able to manifest the obvious promotion effect,but some indicators have a certain role in promoting.As far as the research is concerned,the incentive system of hospital scientific research plays an active role in improving the hospital scientific research to some extent,but it still needs to be improved.The hospital should strengthen the propaganda of the scientific research incentive system,improve its awareness.The development of long-term scientific research incentives,improve the refinement of reward and punishment standards;Establish a diversified incentive model.

Objective The subject number and funds of cooperative projects had been an important indicator of the strength of scientific research in hospital.This article analyzed the data of cooperative projects of a general top three hospital in recent tenyears to provide reference for policy-making of scientificresearchmanagement department.Data collected and analyzed including subject distribution,the disciplines crossing situation,background information on principle investigators.Methods Based on the scientific research management software,the data of the cooperative projects can be collected from 2006 to 2015.The distributions of subjects and the age,education,and title of PIs were analyzed by SPSS software.Results In general,the project numbers and fundingof cooperative projects were unstable in past ten years.Many focused mainly on basic departments and key subjects.There was no obvious advantage in the integration of subjects.Thecooperative projects of national science and technology supporting plan played an important role in national level projects.And the science and technology supporting plan of Beijing city played an important role in province-level projects.Many of the PIs of cooperative projects were talents with higher education,higher professional title and senior in their career stage.Conclusions Administrators of the hospital should pay attention to the management of cooperative projects.Strengthen cooperation among departments and promote the integration of subjects.Improve the construction of human resource,pay attention to the cultivation of young talents.Establish effective incentive mechanism.

Objective To analyze the implementation problems of hospital-level research after the reform at a tertiary referral hospital,and provide strategies for further management.Methods Using statistical analysis of the application,funding and implementation of hospital-level research,summarizing the problems in the process of research.Results 55.79％ of the issue can be completed on schedule,the main reason is that the research could not reach the subject mission.The subjects about the management and care progressing better than clinical and medical issues.Conclusions The hospital level research completion should to be increased,the main reasons including that papers published been delayed,the researchers invested too little in the implementation process and research funding could not be effectively use.Recommend hospital to strengthen the system construction of research input and use,not only promoting collaboration and communication between different disciplines,but also building a comprehensive research platform,and then improving the level of scientific research management.

Objective Implementing the scientific research performance evaluation indicator system constructed to evaluate the situation of scientific research performance conducted by two basic Departments during the 12th Five-Year period in a general hospital.To understand the practical applicability of the scientific evaluation index system,and also propose comments and suggestions based on the comparison between assessment score and actual research situation in the departments.Methods Based on the database of scientific research management information platform,collect related research data from two basic departments of the hospital in latest five years.Using SPSS software to conduct statistical analysis on the total score of the first and two indicators,as well as the specific indicators of the three indicators,according to the performance evaluation index system and the weight built by the hospital.Results The index system can basically reflect the general information of scientific research input and output in the department,however,some indicators cannot truly reflect the index importance and the differences between the index weight is not significant,so it is necessary to make amendment based on demonstration.Conclusions Hospital should dynamically update the index system to make them match the developing strategy of the hospital,also important to combine them with research stimulation to guarantee more scientific management and better service to the research development of hospitals.

Objective The number of awarded provincial-level research projects and their budget had been declining year by year.We analyzed the data of provincial-level research projects in a general hospital in last ten years to be able to describe the distribution of research projects,the subject crossing situation,the distributions of subject and age structure,degree,title of the project leaders.We tried to find out the problems of them and to provide evidence for policy making.Methods Based on the scientific research management software,the data of the provincial-level research projects can be collected from 2005 to 2014.To Analyze the distributions of subject and structure of age,degree,professional title of the projects leaders by SPSS software.Results In general,the number and funds of provincial-level projects were unstable in the nearly ten years.Many of them focused mainly on basic departments and key subject.Young and middle-aged professionals were the backbone of the hospital team and talents with a high degree and title were the main force in the successful provincial-level projects.Conclusions According to the distribution trend of the projects,the hospital should deliver a carefully targeted set of actions.According to the distribution trend of the subject departments,the hospital should strengthen cooperation among departments and promote the integration of subjects.Strengthen the construction of talent team,pay attention to the cultivation of young talents.Strengthen scientific research management,To provide services for provincial level projects management.

Objective Investigating and analyzing problems and influencing factors in the process of hospital-level research project management,proposing effective and feasible recommendations,and to prove a reference for hospitals administrative management development.Methods The research analyzed factors including researchers,the departments and implementation.Results Since 2005,the total funding to support research projects in the hospital-level project reached 6.345 million yuan,the pass rate in middle-term examination was 84.94％ and was 71.81％ in final examination,with the majority of them were senior researchers.Conclusions Problems founded in this study includes the participate rate was low inyoung and middle-aged researchers,the quality of hospital-level research is also low,lack of research time,and the research outcome is not satisfied.We suggest strengthen the management of the research process,improve the mechanism of scientific rewards and punishments,integrate the disciplines resources,and improve the quality of hospital-level research project.

The proportion of external research projects has constantly increasing in tertiary hospitals in recent years.However,compared with the government funded projects,the importance of those external research have not been recognized by both researchers and managers,and leading to various problems in project management.This article elucidates the problems and countermeasures of external research project management in tertiary hospital,with an attempt to further improve the management system and promote the overall development of the hospital scientific research.

Objective To discuss the pathogeny,treatment and prophylactic measures of postcholecystectomy syndrome (PCS).Methods The clinical data of 150 patients with laparoscopic PCS in our department from October 2000 to March 2009 were analyzed.Results Etiological factors were found in 131 patients:one hundred and twelve cases were due to the reasons of biliary system,including bile duct residual stones after cystic resection,the injury bile duct stenosis,a long residual cystic canal,nipple benign stricture,bile duct tumor etc;Nineteen examples were due to other reasons,including gallbladder stone merger reflux gastritis,gastroduodenal ulcer,diverticulum beside duodenal nipple,and so on,which resulted in the symptoms un-release after cystic resection.Nineteen cases were not found organic lesion.In ones whose etiological factors were definite,117 cases were treated with different surgeries according to different etiological factors;another 33 cases were treated with conservative treatment.Total 145 cases were followed up,and 139 cases in them were cured or relieved at different degrees.Conclusion Careful preoperative examination,normalized operation avoiding damaging bile duct and leaving behind bile duct stones can effectively prevent laparoscopic PCS.

Object To investigate the properties of layer crystal structure and its interlayer absorption and expansibility in montmorillonits clay lattice, which provide a basis for the montmorillonite as medicine adjuvant.Methods Montmorillonite sample was separated and purified from clay minerals, and the diameter of particle was less than 1 ?m in colloid, the setting film sample was ready-made, and the samples were analyzed with X-ray diffraction.Results The information of interlayer change pattern on montmori-llonite clay was obtained with different conditions.Conclusion Montmorillonite as swelling and adsorption clay minerals and form an interlayer absorption is possible and the X-ray diffraction can determine the amounts of layer distance.
